Beautiful destinations.
We all want to reach that desired outcome, don’t we?
However, how willing are we to travel the bumpy road that’ll lead us there?
Giving up is easy, but giving up rarely leads to where we want to go.
Hang in there – persevere.
Have faith that the road is worth the effort.
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
Do you have a goal you’re pursuing that’s leading you up a difficult road?
Hang onto your vision – that idea of what the end destination will be like. (You have imagined it, haven’t you?) Write it down. Share your struggles and desired end with a trusted friend. Persevere.
And most of all, notice the difference your struggles are beginning to make in your character.
Yes. It’ll all be worth it. In more ways than you’d imagine…
…suffering produces perseverance;

Some roads to our goals are definitely more bumpy than others! I’m a fan of shifting gears and tweaking directions when I feel stuck on my way to a goal. Sometimes WE change what we are wanting, and that is perfectly okay, we just need to alter course so we can still get to where we want to go! Roar!
Yes, I see what you mean. There is something about persevering (and surviving the challenges) that leads to hope. For me, the more ridiculously awful a situation is, the harder it becomes to believe it – or at least, to believe my life will always be that way. Which is a good thing.
What a wonderful Bible verse to finish with. Nobody wants to go through difficult times but so often we come through them as a stronger person.
I believe the bumps along the way are what build character. We can be going thru hills and valleys and truly find ourselves at the bottom of the bottom and the top of the top.
